Summary and Ressources
We hope you found this lesson useful. You learned a way to structure your productions on Pepper and Nao by using design and prototyping. You also got to know the questions you should ask your client or your team before starting a project. Some cases can be tough but nothing is impossible if you are aware of the problems early on. You can now give this methodology a try, adapting it so that it fits your company and projects!
Use Case Recap
In this lesson, we chose a real-life use case to support our demonstration:
The robot identifies a customer who came to pick up items bought online and opens the locker containing the items to reduce the wait in line.
But remember that the methodology explained in this lesson could fit any market (retail, finance, healthcare, tourism…) and mission (Brand Ambassador, Advisor, Promoter, Survey conductor, Entertainer…).
